Topic: Homework should be banned
Intro: Hello my name is Tom and today I am arguing for why homework should be banned forever. Here is a brief over view of my reasons for why homework should be band. Children actually need time to be kids instead of adults who spend the life in an office that is being run by some dude who has anger issues. Homework makes life hard for teachers too. Kids have after school activity’s which means kids will only have a short amount of time to complete it which makes the stressed.
Reasons:
Firstly: As I said before I know children need to be kids not spend 1000 years inside an office. If kids are always studying inside that’s all they will do and they won’t be social enough to play with other kids. For nearly all of a kid’s child hood is consumed by school so why make their lives more terrible and give them stuff to do at home when the can get it all done in school.
Secondly: Homework means life is harder for the teachers because it means they also have to spend hours at home marking so much homework the wont gets to sleep as well because they are always staying up late and being tired when teaching will affect the children too. Which is not good because the teacher good get fired for not teaching properly.
There for: kids do stuff after school like footy or soccer which means when homework has to be done at a curtain time the children would have only have 1 minute to complete it. Which means the homework will be rushed and not done properly. That means they would get bad marks. That concludes my reasons on why homework should be band.
Conclusion: That concludes my amazing debate on why homework should be band for good. Here is another brief over view of my reasons. Kids need to be kids, homework is hard on teachers to and finally kids get stressed out when given home work. Thanks for listening.
